Disclaimer terms

1.1. kitchenlink operates exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and does not enter into contracts with consumers as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any equivalent legislation.

1.2. All goods and services supplied by kitchenlink are provided to trade customers (Installers) for the purpose of onward supply or installation. The Installer acknowledges that they are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer.

1.3. The Installer shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws when dealing with their own customers, including (but not limited to) rights to cancel, statutory guarantees, and after-sales obligations.

1.4. kitchenlink accepts no liability whatsoever for any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising between the Installer and their customers, whether relating to quality, fitness for purpose, cancellation rights, or any other matter.

1.5. By opening a trade account and/or placing orders, the Installer warrants that they are a business customer and shall indemnify kitchenlink against all costs, claims, damages, or losses arising from any breach of this warranty or any consumer claim directed at kitchenlink due to the Installer’s actions.
